Answer
1. pop3 or IMAP server for incoming mail : mail.yourdomain.xxx (ie: mail.2thegym.com)
smtp ougoing mail server : mail.yourdomain.xxx (ie: mail.2thegym.com)
NOTE: many ISPs don't allow you to use your own SMTP server and you must use theirs.

If you are sure your ISP does not block port 25 and you are able to use your own mailserer for SMTP
2. the account (user) name is the full email address
3. the account name is case sensitive
some mail clients will recase as necessary, but the standard would be all lower case ...
IE:
gymlady@2thegym.com
not
GymLady@2TheGym.com
4. our SMTP servers require authentication (this is in the advanced settings area of most email client's mail setup area)
5. If you are using a Microsoft mail client (outlook/outlook express)
AND an antivirus or spam plugin, you will likely need to also set the 'log on using' properties of the advanced outgoing mail server settings even though the user/pswd are technically the same as the incoming.
